Taanishi mii zamii My first blog in 64 years.... I plan on posting all things Michif, Gabriel Dumont Local 11 events, and some personal sentiments. We have an amazing Council at the helm of Local 11. We will all benefit by their love of our culture, hard work, like-mindedness and commitment to community. Our primary focus is teaching, practicing and promoting our language and culture. We honour our families, lii vyeu and our youth. Some events are fundraisers, some are celebrations and some are educational. One thing for sure is that everyone is welcome. Kawaapamatin.
